Blackacre Builders is a Design-Build firm, where everything is done in-house from start to finish. We have a team of design professionals, project managers, and contractors who will take you through the process step-by-step. This approach to custom home building provides you with a personalized and stress-free service that is efficient and budget friendly.

We will first start with an introductory meeting to discuss the scope of your project including location, size, and budget. If you do not already have a lot, we can help locate one for you and assist in the purchasing process. Once you have chosen a lot, our team of design specialists will help draft architectural plans as well and determine design details, specifications, and allowances.

After the design process is complete, we will present your plans to the city and HOA for construction permitting. We will also be working with your lender at this time to finalize bank financing. A finalized construction contract will be reviewed and signed. Once your construction loan is approved, we will begin construction on your custom home.
